- Wear shades or sunglasses
When you wear shades or sunglasses every time you go out, you can effectively protect your sensitive eyes from the sun’s rays and the skin around the eyes, which are ultra-delicate. Another benefit of wearing sunglasses is you won’t be squinting too much – which can also lessen the development of wrinkles around your eye area.
- Wear protective clothing, visors, and hats
Along with wearing sunglasses and using sunscreen, you should also make it a point to wear protective clothing, visors, and hats. Choose a hat with a broad or wide brim, or if you’re feeling extra funky, why not use a parasol as well? If you spend a goodly amount of time in the great outdoors or have a long walking commute, you may want to purchase special clothing that can protect you from the sun. It may look exactly like regular clothing, but this kind of clothing will have been treated so it can provide a minimum of 30 SPF protection from UVA and UVB.
- Use good skincare products
It’s time to be choosier with your skincare products, and this means buying products that have proven their effectiveness and are made by reputable brands.
